"I never thought I would write a review about an insurance company, but the excellent customer service I received from Andrea Gage, prompted me to write this review. I first spoke with Brad Campbell about the Medicare Supplement Plan offered by State Farm. Following our conversation, Andrea reached out to me and helped me with the application for the supplement. There was a very small window of time before I needed to cancel my policy with another agency and Andrea was very diligent in keeping me informed about the process and approval of my application. She always responded to my emails within a day and usually within the hour. When I didn't receive my insurance card and needed it for an upcoming medical appointment, she sent a copy to me the very next day. I appreciate having someone I can engage with when I have a concern. With my previous insurer I usually dealt with a a representative who did not know me. I had to repeat my concern to each one and often had to wait for several minutes while they reviewed my file. I greatly appreciate the personal approach Andrea has provided to me."
