My agent is Brittnee, she is so amazing, she ALWAYS returns my phones calls or email right away. She will check with me to see if I need anything. When my car broke down she immediately let me know who to call to get my tow truck started, made sure if I needed any assistance for anything. When I asked for replacement insurance cards (because I tend to misplace them) they arrive so quickly. She always makes sure I’m happy with the coverage I have. When I bought my motorcycle, she walked me thru all of the Insurance options. Each year I always know what my Insurance payment will be, there are NEVER any surprises. If you are looking for an insurance company, that feels more like family, this is the one for you, you will not be disappointed."
